Department of Language and Communication Technology Plan 2005

1) The Department of Language and Communication will strive to identify, purchase, and install current upgrades in hardware and software.

2) The Department of Language and Communication will encourage and reward faculty for obtaining technology training, incorporating technology in their classes, and developing technology driven courses and course components.

3) The Department of Language and Communication will encourage and reward faculty activity in the seeking, writing, and obtain of grant funding related to technology.

4) The Department of Language and Communication will continue to expand its Internet course offerings.

5) The Department of Language and Communication will undertake, as part of the self study, a full inventory of technology holdings and needs.
